The advantages of facades with Florim stoneware
Ventilated facades are high-end performance solutions for exterior cladding. The assembly not only allows to create an air gap between the substrate and the skin of the building to improve thermal performance and water resistance, but it also provides many more advantages thanks to the properties of porcelain slabs, available in many sizes up to 63''x126''.

From concept to completion
Florim Solution's team of engineers and architects will guide you through the design process, assisting you from the initial concept phase to the structural checks and construction. Florim offers "turnkey" solutions that include porcelain tiles and slabs, fastening systems, shop drawings, and stamped calculation reports.

Feasibility study
Florim Solution technicians produce a specific proposal customized to the project and your design intent. Our know-how is backed by years of experience managing previous projects.
Planning
Our team develops shop drawings and the engineering report stamped by a licensed PE, which are based on design intent and other factors such as the building characteristics, the building's structure wall, location, system components, etc.
Work supervision
The Florim Solution team will suggest certified installers or train a crew to properly install the Florim system selected for your project. They will explain the shop drawings, how to install the components, and visit your job sites.

Different solutions for diverse projects
Florim offers multiple facade attachment systems depending on the design, scale and building requirements.
Direct bond application
Florim panels up to 1/2" thick are bonded directly to a wall with an adhesive layer. This creates a seamless, uniform look.
Curtain wall & window wall
Exterior building envelope systems that primarily consist of glass and metal framing, designed to enclose a building while maximizing natural light and views. Florim panels are attached to the building's structural frame using a series of anchors and brackets. This allows for flexibility in design and the use of large glass panels.
Rainscreen systems
A cladding system that uses an air cavity to ventilate the wall and prevent moisture buildup. The cladding panels are mechanically attached to a structural framework that is fixed to the building. This creates a gap between the cladding and the building envelope, allowing air to circulate and moisture to drain.
